Pitcher: $8,600 Sean Manaea- Manaea has put together some impressive outings this year, and his success should to carry over against the New York Mets. The Mets perform far worse against lefties, which makes Manaea an enticing play. He will have a chance to be the slate’s best pitcher as he has an aptitude to go deep into ballgames. The aforementioned reason makes him a nice cash play, but his tendency to accrue strikeouts makes him a solid GPP play as well. Given the paucity of strong pitching talent for tonights slate, Manaea stands out as an excellent play for a fairly low price.

Catcher: $3,100 Yasmani Grandal- Seeing as how Grandal fares much better against righties, he could be in for a big game against Julio Teheran. Teheran has struggled at times this year, and his 4.69 ERA is evident of that. Given the paucity of options at the catcher position, Grandal stands out as one with plenty of upside.

First Base: $3,500 Logan Morrison- The Tampa Bay Rays are a possible stack candidate as they face Andrew Cashner. Morrison has been dominating right handed pitchers this year meaning he should be able to come out on top in the matchup with Cashner. Morrison has a relatively high floor, but the home run potential is the reason you want him in your lineup.

Second Base: $2,600 Rougned Odor- There is a perpetual risk that comes with starting Odor, but when he faces a righty, playing Odor tends to pay off in a big way. He will face the right handed Chris Archer who has had a tumultuous start to the season.

Third Base: $3,800 Jake Lamb- Lamb has enjoyed an excellent start to the season, and his success hasn’t waned in the past few weeks. While he does carry some risk due to his tendency to strike out, Lamb’s immense power more than makes up for it. There is a very high chance that he ends up giving you a zero in the scoring column, but there is a chance that he realizes some of his home run potential and turns in a big game.

Shortstop: $3,300 Zach Cozart- Cozart will benefit from the Cincinnati Reds’ matchup with Chris O’Grady. Cozart put together an amazing month of May, and he should find some more success tonight. There aren’t that many great options at the shortstop position, making picking Cozart an easier decision.

Outfield: $3,300 Adam Duvall- Another player on the Cincinnati Reds, Duvall should be able to have a big game in an excellent matchup. There is always risk that comes with Duvall thanks to his tendency to strike out, but not enough to deter you from starting him.

Outfield: $3,200 Seth Smith- Smith is worth consideration anytime he is facing a righty, which he is today. He is a fairly safe play, which is something you want when starting riskier players. Smith has put together a nice string of games, and his success should continue against Collin McHugh.

Outfield: $3,500 David Peralta- Peralta absolutely obliterates right handed pitchers, making his matchup with Tanner Roark one he should be able to take advantage of. He struggled recently, but hopefully that is all in the past. Peralta should be able to turn in an excellent performance at the plate.
