Point Guard: $5,600 Darren Collison- Collison has never been that strong of a DFS play, but he is sort of becoming relevant now that he is in Indiana. He doesn’t have a high ceiling, but as the orchestrator of this Pacers offense, he should be in for a good 30 fantasy points. Also, his matchup with Goran Dragic is one that he should be able to take advantage of.

Point Guard: $8,200 Mike Conley- Conley is never a very popular daily fantasy play, which makes his ownership nice and low. He should be in for a big game in a matchup with the Golden State Warriors and their fast-paced offense. Conley is one of the most consistent players in the league; making him one of the best cash game plays. However, his low projected ownership makes him a strong tournament play as well.

Shooting Guard: $4,000 Austin Rivers- Doc Rivers’ son should have plenty of usage this year with Chris Paul gone. Last year he rewarded those who took a chance on him whenever he ended up in the starting role. With an expanded role this year, the sky is the limit to where the former Duke guard can go. You will want to start him sooner rather than later since this will probably be the cheapest he is all year.

Shooting Guard: $6,600 Justin Holiday- With a plethora of injuries to key players on the Bulls, Holiday has been thrust into a lead role in the offense. He should be able to score over 20 points and fill up the box score as well. He is a strong cash game play, but doesn’t have that much GPP appeal due to a high projected ownership.

Small Forward: $4,900 Josh Richardson- With Rodney McGruder injured there is a hole in need of filling on the Miami Heat wing. Richardson played well last year and should be able to beat out Justise Winslow in filling that void. He will also be helped by the fact that Hassan Whiteside will miss the game, therefore freeing up more shots. He isn’t that great of a cash game play due to his rock-bottom floor, but he does have a decent amount of upside.

Small Forward: $6,300 Harrison Barnes– The Houston Rockets play at one of the fastest paces in the league, which allows opponents to take more shots and score more points. Barnes should benefit from this since he is arguably Dallas’ top option on offense. Make sure you keep an eye on Dennis Smith Jr’s injury since Barnes would get a small boost in usage if he doesn’t play.

Power Forward: $11,300 Giannis Antetokounmpo- The Greek Freak is always one of the best fantasy options on any given slate and tonight is no different. He should not be deterred on his way to having a big offensive game by the Portland Trail Blazers’ swiss-cheese front court defense. However, Antetokounmpo’s value mainly rests in the rest of his peripheral stats as he racks up both assists and rebounds at a high rate. FanDuel’s new scoring system for defensive statistics only adds to his value.

Power Forward: $4,400 Kelly Olynyk- Perhaps no one stands to benefit more from Hassan Whitesides’ injury than Olynyk since he will no be the Heat’s starting center. He tends to perform well when given a good amount of usage, and he should be able to get plenty this game. If Myles Turner is unable to suit up Olynyk would get a small boost.

Center: $8,500 DeAndre Jordan- Jordan is another player who should benefit from the updated points system. Now that Chris Paul is out of the offense a major void is in need of filling, and Jordan should be able to fill a good bit of it. He has a pretty high floor as well as a lofty ceiling.
